i have a 95 toyota camry 4 cyl 2.2l 5S-FE auto transmission. whenever i change gears from park,neutral,drive, etc. it does not light up on my dash unless i wiggle it around. i'm not to worried about seeing which gear i'm in but if the reverse doesn't light up on the dash i don't get any reverse lights. just wondering if anyone had a similar problem and knows exactly what needs to be replaced before i pulling stuff apart.

The park/neutral safety switch on the transmission is the sending unit for gear position. It also is the switch for your backup lights.
