I just saw this on Divorce court hahaha. I agree with 00accord44 (http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/member.php?u=8081). I don't think there's a judge anywhere that would take her side for bringing her "fling" or whatever you want to call him into the house. That is just wrong!! im not an expert but if she inherited the house and your name's not on it i dont think its on the morgage and if your name isnt on any of the paperwork you can just leave without worries

honeestly though dont cheep out on this hire an attorny for an hour or so to advise you so you dont f up
