I have got a civic with a engen D15Z7 vtec, the problem is that my car is just slow. I can feel it kiking at 2.8rpm but after that nothing more, and does go over 160km/h. Can anyone help???

Do a full tune up i.e. plugs, wires, cap, fuel filter, etc. Go from there.

^yes. But that car will never be 'fast' unless you do a swap/boost.
