Failed e-chack with no code?

I took it to get an e-check and everything passed but one thing. they said we dont know what it is bc it didnt give us a code. this part failed when they hooked it up the gas cap.

This is what the paper says where it failed.

any ideas what went wrong? they told me i have to take it some where else to get a computer hooked up to it and find out whats wrong with it to get it fixed.

none of the VR4s ever came with an ATX. all were made with an MTX. i doubt that he's modified an ATX enough to mate it to his car.
