97 monte carlo rcdlr location

anyone know for sure where the rcdlr (rke) is on a 97 monte carlo ls?, i'm new to the forum, and new to chevys, please help if you can, much abliged

it's mounted in the rear deck between the rear speakers. You'll have to remove the rear seatback and shelf carpet to access it.

thanks, but now that i tore it appart, it is on the passenger side next to the speaker and the body, on the top side of the back tray, thanks tho
