:banghead: :banghead: alright, last year started the brakes on a 1991 dodge dakota 2whl drive with abs. just picked the project up again and im stuck. there is what appears to be an abs valve bolted to the frame on the drivers rear. this valve has a line going in (closer to the front of the car) and the line coming out (closer to the back) i can not get the rear adapter back in. there is this rubber washer/bushing thing in the hole that will not allow me to screw this fitting back in. my ideas so far are to bypass the whole abs valve thing, or to cut out that rubber bushing out but i dont know why it is there. any help would be appreciated thank you

Go to a junk yard and purchase a used unit.
