Changing a pan gasket on a 92 ford tempo?

have to do the oil pan gasket on my fiance's brothers 92 ford tempo anyone know how difficult this is? what type of obsticles am I going to encounter?

I have done the transmission pan but not the oil pan. Once you get it out just get EVERYTHING off of the 2 surfaces b/c the smallest piece of debris will cause another leak. Off the top of my head the air injection lines for the cat will have to come off so will the starter, Im not sure what else is in the way.
