Just wanted to stop in and say hey. My wife and I purchased us a 2003 Pilot EX-L today. We will be picking it up on Monday. We are very impressed and pleased with this SUV. I hope to become more familiar with this vehicle as time goes.

Can anyone who changes their own oil on this vehicle tell me how difficult it is? I have not investigated this yet.

Also, they are suppose to fix this but I thougt I would ask. The radio wanted some sort of code entered before it would turn on. Anyone know what the deal is with that?

I have the MDX 2001 and oil changes are a snap. No lift is needed. Just crawl under with tools and pan and go at it. I like to use Mobil 1 full synthetic for two reasons; it does not thicken in the winter so start-ups are easier on the bearings and I can go 10,000 miles between changes. I do swap in a new filter every 3000 miles to keep it clean. As for the code, look in your cars manual for the radio code. Just push the station presets and it will unlock.

Enjoy.
