Interior Upgrades

Hello guys I have come to the conclusion I am not going to be able to get my car up peformance wise at all. I don't have a GTP or anything like that, and college has really taken its toll on my money. What I want to do now is make the interior nicer in my car, if that can be done. Can anyone give me some advice or maybe items to purchase just to "spruce" up my little 98 GP SE.
Appreciate any thoughts.

Neons/LEDs under the dash and drivers/passengers seats. Nice sound system with possibly a woofer or 2. Ummmmmmmmm idk can't really think of anything right now haha sorry.
