I think there are under a dozen people who still have this kit
on their 1Gs in North America. If you find a knock off, that is
an exact replica let me know. Otherwise you have very few
options for a body kit.

For the "ricer-in-you" Andy's Autosport (or Motorsport)
It's a combat kit for the 1G, not a personal favorite.

www.redpepperracing.com sells a wide body kit
for the 1G CRX. It's a nice kit, that sort of looks like the
Mugen, but you keep your stock bumper covers.

Or there is a full racing kit available from Housemann Autosports
It's a kit with 9" side flares, it's super expensive, but if you want
to build your CRX into a GT4 or GT5 car, this is for you.
