Where is DRL relay on 99 Cavalier?

Low beams not working, either for daytime running or with headlight switch on.

Have pulled both low beam headlamp bulbs and filaments look ok.

I have seen reference to a DRL relay. Where would that be on a 99 Cavalier? One location I have seen suggested is behind the bumper. My car has a small black box near the hood latch above the air conditioner radiator. When you are facing the car, it is slightly to left of center. There are wires running out of the bottom of it that disappear into framework over the radiator. Is that the DRL relay? If so, do parts stores test them, or do I just buy one and take a chance?

Thanks for any advice you have for me.

Ok, thanks. Finally found the inside fuse box, have "yanked" the drl relay. That made things worse. Low beams did not return, in addition, drivers side high does not work. Have reinstalled the relay.

then your drl relay is fine, try checking other fuses

i was going to get rid of my DRL's but when i pulled the fuse out it made the DRL light blink on the dash and i didnt feel like putting tape over it to make it go away, lol.
