Grounding fog lights

Well, I just purchased a fog lights set from discount auto. Ive always like the look of a good pair of fog lights, and got them for about 20$. Includes a fuse in the section of wire heading away from the battery aswell, just incase. So, the putting together and mounting of the lights and wires goes by rather easy and strait forward. But then I run into a problem. In the instructions, it tells you to connect the group wires to some of the sheet metal near where you installing the lights. They give you the proper grounding wire and screws, and thats it. No continued information on where to group them. Do i need to start drilling 2 holes to place the screws into to ground them?(that would suck) Or is this even neccassary? Also, there is another grounding wire that comes from the 3 prong switch, what about that one?. Any suggestions/help?

You can attach the ground wires to any point convenient to you, as long as it is metal, of course.:)
