I'm looking forward to getting a 6000K Xenon HID Conversion Kit, thing is that where would I put the ballasts? The left headlamp is way to close to the battery and I slightly burnt my hand trying to put a new Halogen bulb even though the car was left alone for 2 hours and I had gloves on.

Anyways, I had installed a Xenon Gas Bulb that was 4500K for both high/low beams (HID look). They were both 150/130W and the right High Beams burnt out. This makes me curious on whether or not to get an HID Conversion Kit.

that's actually a little known problem about 100w bulbs... most hid conversions are 35 watt so a hid conversion kit isn't going to burn out your wiring like a 100W piaa would... hids actually draw less power. if you're looking for a good company, i've been shopping and will probably go with neverburnout (http://www.neverburnout.com) for the warranty. still, you can always hit ebay -- ebay is more hit or miss, but they've got some good sellers on their.
