i have a 95 4runner and recently when i step on the brake the cluster light up this happens with the car running and off. where should i start i already checked the fuses???

What cluster lights?

idiot (warning) lights or night illumination lights?

Probably not a fuse anyway, suspect those when something doesn't light or work.

Not the warning lights, the light the turns on when you trun ur head lights on night illuminating lights. has anyone encouter this before??
