wheel lock key?

I just recently purchased a 1987 Chrysler Lebaron from a used car dealership. I took my new vehicle into an auto shop the other day for an inspection and I was asked for a wheel lock key so the breaks could be inspected. I had no idea what this was and didn’t have one. The auto shop could not locate one within the car either. I have been all over town looking for this key and I have gone to several tire specialists, none of which were able to help me out. I’ve searched EBAY and Craig’s List, none of which had this key. I even went back to the used car dealership and they didn’t have it either. I am at the end of my rope and I have no idea what to do. I was wondering if any of you could point me in the right direction or have any ideas? :banghead:

what I used to use when trying to remove lug nuts that require a special adapter to fit on them is using one of those gator sockets that have all the pins inside the socket to fit on rounded off bolts and such. Put one of them on it and wiggle it around a little to get all the pins on as best as possible and give that a try. only other option would be to look at the lug nut design and see if you can find one like that at your local parts store or walmart or such as since it didn't sound like it had custom wheels that's prolly where they bought the locking lugs from.
