Horn does not work '98 Accord

Salutations;

I am difficulty with my horn on my 1998 Accord Coupe. The entire centerpiece on the steering wheel has shifted, and at times moves. The horn is at best, intermittent.

Does anyone know a fix for this?

There are some caps on the side of wheel that you can remove. Just tighten the screws and you should be fine
