HO Slot carsturtlecrxsi 07-25-2007, 04:57 PM I can't believe I haven't posted here before... Every year around the Holidays I bust out the track. A few years back my wife bought me one of those HO tracks that comes complete with a couple of slow glowing Nascars. Well, I made the track, went around it until those cars burned out and then redid the track to my liking and bought some really sweet HO cars from the Hobby shop. I've messed around with them and noticed certain body styles perform differently in certain sections of the track etc. I laid the tracking out on the hardwood floors in the office of the old house and have it all packed up now since I've moved. But I plan on putting it all together on plexiglass sometime in the future for easy assembly. Anyway, here is a crappy pic I kept of the track layout so I'd remember how it went. I'll take more sometime in the future... http://img526.imageshack.us/img526/5594/slottrack2pu9.jpg Layla's Keeper 07-26-2007, 09:43 PM HO stuff is certainly a lot of fun, especially the nice AFX cars you have there. I have an AFX set myself that's buried somewhere, but I keep my Johnny Lightning T-jet and Magnatraction repops out on display. Give the Thunderjets a try. HO without magnets is wicked fun! turtlecrxsi 07-31-2007, 10:33 AM I recently found the vid from x-mas. I watched some of it and it is evident that filming while trying to work the cars and eye the track is kind of difficult  When I'm actually paying attention though, the cars can go pretty quick around my little set up. The supercar was going so fast the wing would fly off. Then I tried it without the wing, didn't handle as good but it would go faster. I'll get better pics up eventually... vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
