Does any one have step-by-step procedures on replaceing the UCA bushings? Pictures would even be better?

I've been told $300 to replace including an alighnment. What do you think?

Putting the new ones in isn't the hard part, it's getting them out. A friend and I tried it, using a press, and were unable to do so. I ended up having them burned out with a cutting torch.
