I'm just about to close the deal on purchasing a (very! :-) used subaru, and the dealer recommended that I purchase an extended warranty that is serviced through Guardian Warranty Corporation... has anybody had experience with this company (good or bad)? how are they about responding to claims, etc.?

I was also considering using Warranty Direct, if anybody has first-hand knowledge of how responsive they are....
