Engine Help?

Ok im goin to be puttinga new engine in my 1992 civic hatch I was looking at the h22 but im not sure. I will be using this car mainly for sreet use maybe sometimes at the strip? So if you cold list some good poiwerplants and the ups and downs of each and maybe say wich u like best. O yah im planing to turbo the motor.

h22 with turbo will be sick in the hatch. or anycar for that matter. b16s are pretty torqueless but once you get into higher rpms it has some kick to it. well, with h22, you will have major understeer since the engine is much heavier than the stock engine. b18cs are good motors, but they're pretty expensive, so i mean, its either you want handling or don't need it much.

Is the handling like really horrible or just semi bad?
