Dash Cluster

I changed my 1996 JGC cluster I replaced the black dial with an aftermarket white dial. Put everything back and the Ammeter Fuel and the Oil gauges seem out of order the Ammeter registers 19 volts the the Fuel shows almost full and the oil is at half way, they seem to fluctuate when the key is turned on.Any help Appreciated.
