I was wondering if my 95 neon block is the same as the eclipse block 4g63. I heard it was and that i could put a eclipse head on my block with a stock SRT-4 turbo. Anybody hear of this?

You cannot use the eclipse head in the neon. Yes the blocks are identical. You can however swap a DOHC head from another neon and bolt the SRT-4 turbo up to that.
