HELP! 2001 grand sport no a/c, abs light on, no rear defrost light

I have a 2001 dodge grand caravan. Today, at the same time, the a/c stopped blowing cold air, the power light for the a/c is lighting up; neither are the lights for the rear defrost and the re-circulated air light. It seems that the a/c and all the controls right there aren't getting any power. Also, the abs light and brake warning lights came on.

Is anyone familiar with this problem. Is this some type sensor or electrical issue?

Disconnect the negative post on your battery to reset the BCM. Clean both post and reconnect after 10 minutes. Worked for me with same problem.

Sure not a bad idea to clean your battery posts. The computers on these vans are sensative to low voltage/fluctuations caused by loose connections and corrosion. That said, you can also reset the BCM (Body Control Module) by pulling the IOD fuse in the fuse panel next to the battery. Just remove it for a minute or so then reinsert.

On my '96 Caravan it was the ignition switch (not the lock cylinder, but the electrical switch attached to the lock cylinder), this device routes 12 VDC to numerous components.
