Fiat Abarth 595

Hey guys,

Havent looked at the site for a little while, and i chose the wrong time to do it - among all the great talent are new works from Sketches_of_B, and Stuffbyalex...:banghead: Lol.

Anyway, this is a sketch i started a few months back, of just a standard 500, but i showed a friend who is really into Fiat 500s, and asked what an Abarth version would look like. I think the transformation is obvious 'cos there are bits of 500 and 595 in the drawing. The bodywork, wheels and other parts are a compilation of the looks of different cars..so thats why it may look like a bit of a 'mix-match'. Also, the wheels are shabby as i drew them to show my friend the size, and the styles of the wheels themselves will probably be changed. The drawing has taken 2.5 hours so far..

Please tell me what you think, bearing in mind i havent drawn in about 8 months

As i mentioned, i just drew the wheels quickly to give an indication of the size. :)

Thanks for the comment.

try drawing a box with wheels in persrpective before you start to draw the car

Hey guys.

I know this drawing has not been very succesful because of the persepective, but the only reason it is like this is because, inititally, i hadnt intended it to be a proper sketch. It started out as a 35 min 'scribble' and i worked around that asbest i could to make it look like i had sat down for a while and drawn it.

I know it sounds big-headed, but after reading infinatewhale's comment, it made me sound like a newbie at drawing. Lol, when infact i have drawn alot, just not recently.

Thanks alot, for the constructive criiticism.
