96 gc with issues

well i got a 96 jc first thing i have no power steering unless i punch the gas it has plenty of fluid, secondly the trans was making a winding nosie then it wouldnt shift into gear the other day i put it on a lift changed the filter and fluid (atf +4 crap is expincive) and adjusted the front and rear bands it goes into gear now and shift fine but is still making the noise it only makes it when in moving and yesterday the gages and power seat/windows and doorlocks stoped working i checked every fuse inside the passenger compartment and under the hood they are all good if anyone could give me any help with this or point me in the right direction it would be very helpful thanks
