A/C climate controls problems 2005 Silverado?Davewm 07-14-2007, 09:14 PM The drivers side blows cold but the passenger side is blowing heat. It does'nt respond to the control is there a relay or a fuse or is the climate control switch bad? If so how hard are they to change?:banghead: Davewm 07-14-2007, 09:25 PM Driver's side is working good, passenger side only blows hot. I've turned the knob up and down but it isn't responding. Do they have a fuse or a relay or is the climate control switch bad,if so are they hard to change? Is there a way to bypass the switch?:banghead: Blue Bowtie 07-15-2007, 09:27 AM I've experienced the problem of hot air on the passenger side of the vehicle for many years, and have simply learned to accept it. It's cheaper and easier than a divorce. As a result, most of my vehicles have had a passenger side air bag long before anyone else thought about it. Is this a dual-zone control? That might make a difference. There is a separate damper motor in the dual-zone systems. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
