not exactly sure as to what problem is...

i just bought a 90 talon tsi. it was not very well maintained, but i had planned on spending quite a bit of money building it. it drove fine until a couple weeks ago. the problem is that the symptoms only start happening when the car is completely up to normal operating temperature. there is absolutely no boost, gauge will top at zero psi, and you can still hear the turbo spinning. the bov is working just fine. the biggest problem however, is that the car bogs down when it reaches the normal operating temperature, whether in neutral or in any gear, including reverse. this bogging down bascically makes sound like the worlds burliest bumper car. anyone have any ideas as to what the problem is?

Could be many things, but the first I would check are the coil packs, mass air flow sensor, or spark plugs and wires. It sounds like the cars ecu is preventing proper ignition timing causing you to not be able to go above zero boost.

you could have a boost leak..
