I was in the market for an OBDII scanner for my 01 Silverado but was I was hoping for was some OBD software that I could run on my laptop and would monitor in real time.
Anybody have any suggestions or have any experience with a decent OBD or OBDII softward that I could get for my laptop.

That's a good question...don't forget the cable from the laptop to the OBD II port. I hope someone has an answer because I would like to do the same thing.

One is autotap.com.
Another is called diagnose from B. Roadman and was inexpensive. I use this one.

I have seen others also.

I just bought the autoenginuity with the enhanced data. It is an excellent product and will access pretty much everything on the vehicle. It is very easy to use with excellent graphics layouts.
