Been working on my power windows and lock issues. Everything was working out great, I was putting back on my door panels back on, when all of the sudden the passenger door panel slip from my hand and was left dangling from the switch wires. I decided to double check everything before continuing, Passenger window will not go up or down, tried the master switch on the driver side & same result. Fudge Pancakes! What do I do, anyone?

is there a clicking(like a relay) when you use the master/ window switch?

No clicking what so ever. Both passenger&driver switches were working fine, before the mishap. Both switches seem to be dead, I’m thinking is a short or a broken wire some where. What do you think?

you may have actually jacked up the window regulator.. that is a real common problem in these trucks.. cost about 100 bucks of ebay and about 45 min of your time.. i'd use a meter to see if you are still getting power from the switch first though.. turn truck on in acc then push the switch up and down to see if it works.. i'm promising you that its prolly the regulator tho

check it out and let me know if that works

Well, I broke out the testing light, and tested it first. I have juice in the lock switch passenger door. No passenger power window juice from either master switch & passenger switch. Took off the rubber boot thing from passenger door, no juice either. Had the key on ACC the whole time. Everything is working except passenger power window, having both switches lacking juice.

PS- I dont know about regulator, the above mention states I had a door panel slip, Im hoping its electrical.

ya.. it sounds like you either crossed some wires and caused a fuse to blow or a wire was wiggled loose.. check all your connections and then check power to the motor itself.. try running just a constant 12v power to the motor and reverse poloarize it and see if that moves the window.. check all fuses first tho and check under the hood too.. sometimes mopar will hide a fuse or two.

Thanx for you insight. I think you nailed it, I did check fuses, relays are not easy to check. Im gonna make an appointment on Monday to take her into an electric shop, the ones that hook up all electronic stuff to vehicles. More than likely its gonna be a short in the system somewhere. I keep you posted.
Thanx again,

$50.00 to clean and reconnect ground wire from both power windows. I guess it ran up and behind the fuse box underneath the glove box. I knew it was going to be something like that. I just didn’t want to deal with massive amount of wires, I hate electrical work.
Gonna repost another issue with my power locks. Head up.
