The answer Is no All You have to do is a jack and a 2X4 Wood Put the two by four wood on the jack and Carefully lift the motor from the oil pan remove the screws that hold the plate of the motor suport and the belt should be able to silde between there

You might find it easier to do this change if you take the mount all the way out. It's only two more bolts and it makes it easier to snake the new one in. All you have to do is to take the control module that is mounted above the RHS motor mount off (it has a metal strap that snaps it into place) and the mount will lift right out. This may not be the case if you put the car on jackstands, but if you use ramps it can make it easier (did for me) because of the increased clearance. Also, get one of those serpentine belt replacement tool kits from Advance or Auto Zone on their loan-a-tool program. It may not seem like it would help, but trust me, it does.
