98 grand voyager running at 75% on temp

Please helppppp. I can't figure out why my 98 grand voyager is running at about the 75% mark on the temp gauge. It goes to that point but doesn't go any higher. Any suggestions?

1) Low coolant level
2) Bad t-stat
3) Bad water pump
4) clogged radiator
5) air in the system
