I need programming help for silencer / carbine alarm remote

I need programming help for silencer / carbine alarm remote.
I have a 98 Accord, I bought it from the dealership new 10 years ago with a dealer installed Silencer alarm system. I bought a replacement remote, but cannot find the programming instructions anywhere on the internet.

Remote model is 6904 but similar to 6908 6918 6928. fcc id ELVMT6A
