Thanks. Been saving up for the new car but my chicks been bugging me to move out now that we're both college grads.

Kinda sad cuz I was really looking forward to the car though. Oh well, I guess getting a house will pay off in tax deductions and equity later on, so that I could put it toward the car.

im not so bummed about the car anymore cuz im excited about fixing up the pad now. its kinda weird cuz in a matter of weeks i went from saving to get some coilovers, brakes, and rim/tire combo to re-doing the kitchen, hardwood floor, and paint. hahaha.
