flashing code 32, anyone know what that is?

started blinking after repairing front pump seal on trans. 97 3.8

32 Driver Side Air Bag/Safing Sensor Circuit - High Resistance or Open

Given recent tranny work, I'm suspicious that an electrical connector was damaged or perhaps wasn't reconnected after being disconnected for the seal replacement.
