I have a 1997 charokee that has no blower motor function.
Ther is power to the motor, by checking the voltage at the plug to ground.
But there is no blower air . Checkedr the fuses they are good. At a loss as to where to look next.

supply a known good ground to the circuit and see if it works, if not, the blower motor is bad...also make sure there is good current reaching the motor, a test light will tell you.:)
