Reset milan Stereo?

Hope you can help me... brand new '06 Milan and the cd player will not read any CD's. Legit and burned. Does it need to be reset or is it defective? The car has 114 miles on it. Thanks!!!

I'm not aware of a CD player concern like you described with the 2006 Milan. I verified there are no TSB's for this CD player. I would recommend that you contact your dealership.
