I'm having trouble with the rear doors making a grinding sound when opening/ closing. The front doors are fine. The sound is coming from the restraint mechanism (detent rod) that keeps the door from opening too wide. The part that is visible seems to have lots of grease, but the grinding is coming from the part that is inside the door. The doors were especially hard to open/ close in the cold weather in winter. This problem has been there since I bought the car used last fall.
Any ideas how to fix this?

Just put a little grease on the hindge slide will fix problem
