Hi guys; I have a 1998 buick regal gs with electronic dash. A couple a days ago when I turned on my car I noticed a few things had ceased to function. All at once inbetween the stop and start of my car the following things stopped working; radio, clock, power windows, sunroof and I think thats it. I checked the fuses which are all good. Now I'm thinking circuit breaker or something. Does anyone know where I can locate it and hopefully more specifically know what to or how to fix it.
thanks in advance
Steve

Master fuses are in the underhood relay panel, an ignition switch could also be an issue here, a wiring diagram would allow to check input/output in the related circuits.

The fuses and power window circuit breaker of concern are located in the fuse box located at the right hand side of the dash. Sounds like a problem related to the retained accessory power relay (RAP) based on the symptoms.

do you happen to know where the RAP is located?

Right hand side of dash right behind the glovebox. One of the relays in that bank of relays.
