sonar halo help

i know this may have been asked before but , i could not find any similar questions.
i got a 92 civic HB and it came with sonar halo projectors that were not installed on this car. i want to install them but they have nothing on them( no bulbs or wires only halo wires but i am not worried about those.) i just baught two h1 bulbs and two h3 bulbs for them. i know sonar and the h1 and h3 are not very good but they were free and i do not use the lights that much, i just like the projector look on the car so the bulbs should last awhile.
anyway, can anyone point me in the right direction on hard wiring them to the stock headlight wiring.thanks
