Replacing HVAC Mode Door Actuator

Has anyone replaced this part before or know how to locate it? My 2002 TB has been making a clicking sound when I start for years now along with my AC not working right. I'm certain this is what needs to be replaced. Bulletin 05-01-38-001A (SI document 1645422) gives the details but I don't have access to it. There is a new procedure that does not require removing the dash but you have to have a special tool (HVAC Puller GE-47676). Can anyone help with how to get the tool and/or how to replace the part (Mode Valve Actuator 89018539)? Thanks.

You can get a copy of that TSB from any Chev dealer, the tool is probably available thru the same supplier GM uses, also in the bulletin. If you know someone in the independent service business many shop programs such as Mitchell on demand also provide TSB's.

Could someone post the TSB if you have it? The bulletin number is in my original post. Thanks.
