I need too find how to replace the ac thermostat on 96 civic?
Can it be done without discharging the system ?

a/c thermostat? u talking about the controls inside the car? has a pressure switch connected to the refridgerant lines ..and to change that i believe u have to discharge the system

The AC termostat is inside the evaporator .There are 3 wires coming out of the AC thermostat. And the rest of it is inside the evaporator .
