Im working on a 3400 (Aztek) , did head gaskets, machined heads (overheated), did L.I.M. gasket, however still had leak at L.I.M., removed and did again, still leakig after using new torque specs and T.S.B. info...never did check manifold for warps, Im ready to dissassemble again, has any one seen these manifolds warp? any thing I may be missing here??
Thanks

Welcome to AF. How much were the heads resurfaced, this can affect the manifold fit, wasn't mentioned by your machinist? Check the manifold surfaces with a machinists straight edge for any warpage. How do you know the coolant is being lost thru the intake? Lots of questions, right?
