Are the T & C tail lights different than the Caravan's?
I bought a Caravan tail light that I removed myself at a local Pick Your Part type wrecker for $12. YOu might want to see if there's a similar operation in yoru area.

i bought one on ebay for $10 check ebay they have few of them.
