This annoying 'auto' headlight (so called) feature that is forced upon you and the 'warning chime' feature, if they are 'not functional' (bypassed or disconnected), is that a legal issue if you get into an accident? IOW's, can either side take exception only because of these two items? (This assumes, if it was at night, your headlights were on in the first place.
I also understand all cases are different and each accident is treated separately, but does anyone know if they heard of a case that this was a factor?
BTW, my insurance gives no discount for either.
