Car w/ 80,000 miles makes noise through exhaust system - ONLY when accelerating. Have replaced muffler, no leaks found. Anyone else have this problem and know how to correct it?

I also have this problem. wat i did was i extra holding rings to the exhaust and welded them to the car. the problem is that the exhaust is loose and it hits against the vehicle when accelerating.
