Can i convert my 95 monte 3100 to a 98 ssei 3800???

I have a 95 monte with 3100. I can get my hands on a 98 bonneville 3800 sc w/tranny and whatever else i want with the car. Is it worth doing the work and who the heck can do it????

there are so many obstacles, that it's not worth doing.
