Hey guys, got another problem to fix. Yesterday early morning, i was warming up my car. Everything was all good til i got to the bank. When I left the bank my engine started to bog, like if it was clogged up or something. And the muffler sounded like those old cars that can barely move you know. After i drove it in the freeway for a while it went away and it would drive smoothly again. Then on street driving it will come back. I thought that maybe i was going out of fuel. So i went and put $20. Didnt work. Coming back from work on the freeway, i went up to 80 mph, and on the way it cleared up again.
Today I changed the fuel filter. Everything ran fine, until i went out for lunch, all of a sudden it starts bogging again.

I checked for loose or unplugged hoses, but everything seems to be okay. What do you guys think???

Fuel system?? Injectors, spark plugs, deposit got sucked up??? O2 sensor??
Ill check the air filter before i leave.

Check the easy stuff first.

Dirty/clogged air filter
Fouled spark plugs
Gunked throttle body
Dirty maf
Clogged cat
etc.

You could change your 02 sensor, made my car run better when it was running good lol.

Do you still have the AIV hooked up?

air filter is ok, its a k&n and its still good.
replaced o2 sensor, spark plugs.

Put some fuel injector cleaner and 91 techron from chevron to see if it clears some gunk, ill drive the car tomorrow.

ill check the other stuff later.
