99 Bravada AC Blend Door Actuator & Motor

Hello All,

First post by me so please go easy on me.

Through research and paying somebody to diagnose my problems with my AC system in my 99 Bravada, I have found that my blend door motor control circuitry is bad and needs to be replaced. (Please see related thread link above) I am being told by a mechanic that the dash need to be taken off to reach this thing but I am wondering if anybody else has been able to reach this directly through the glovebox without having to disassemble the dash?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

One way to find out.
Pull glove box and have a look at it and see how much room it gives you.
