the other night me n a buddy were driving around for senior week doin a lil damage to some friends cars and what not. nothing permanent but just havin fun. so we got done doin the last car and started headed back home. my car had been running for atleast 2hrs at this time, just put fresh gas in it earlier that day.

were doing 35 down a back road on our way home and the engine stalls out and were just coasting. never had any type of problem like this no sputtering no stalling nothing.

i pop it in neutral n try to start and it wont. so we coast to a stop, i let it sit in park and then try again. Nothing. it will try and turn over but wont try and start. so i figured maybe we let it set over night here i'll come back tomorro and it'll be fine. so i did and it wouldnt start even the next day.

i hadn't been racing the engine all night or driving over 60 at all. we were just cruisin basically and it died on me. so i had to tow it back to my house.

any idea's?

i've had a couple friends that know a lil more bout cars come look at it and so far i've got that :
- the fuel pump is still priming
- the alternator could not be charging
- the engine wouldn't shut off because of injectors

any one else have something? anything helps

Check your fusible link to the battery charge post. It is in the wire that goes to the post with the red cap over it NEXT to the battery. Probably 10 gauge wire.

forgot to mention that wire controls the ECM. No power to ECM no run.
