Ok this is my problem. The heater/AC in the blazer does not work. I started trouble shooting by taking the fan wheel thing that is on the fire wall (engine bay). Replaced it with a new one and that wasn’t it. I switched the controls on the dash and that wasn’t it either. Any suggestions? Where else should I be looking at? It worked fine before and one day it just stopped. I did take a pot hole and worked for like a day but then it stopped working again. Any info will be appreciated.

Have you checked all fuses and power feeds?
Does the power feed brown wire on blower switch have power with key on.
Did you hook up the ground wire at blower motor?
Is the blower motor getting 12 volts on orange feed wire?
Can you jumper blower motor with a fused jumper and get it to run?
Some had a inline fuse in engine compartment.
Does the fan blower work on any speeds?
Any heat or cold air at all?
Does the AC compressor ever kick in?
Any lights on AC control head?

Ok i have been working on this on and off. these are some of the answers to your questions.

I checked the fuses and they are ok
I did hook up the ground wire at the blower motor.
As far as the power wire goes, I don't know wich one it is. there is a red one a Purple one that goes to the blower motor and a orange one. I have pics. harnes i just don't know how to post them.

You had mentioned that some S10 Blazer had a inline fuse in engine compartment. Where can i find that fuse. Any idea?

When i move the dial in the control panel to the on position, you can hear the AC compresor kick in but no air.

The lights on the control panel work fine.

Thanks for your help.

As in post 2 are you getting 12 volts to blower motor?
Should be purple wire.
Is the blower motor grounded black wire?
Does the relay have 12 volts on orange wire?
